REFUND POLICY

Refunds or Exchanges for change of mind:

Please consider your purchase carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

Refunds for damaged/faulty products:
Each product is checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are free from damage and faults. In the unlikely event that products do arrive damaged or faulty, please send an email to hello@dreamtitfirst.com.au including your name, order number and a photo of the defect. This must be done within 14 days from the order placement date.  
We may request further information and/or for the buyer to ship back the goods. After receiving additional information and/or the goods, we will assess the product and if deemed damaged or faulty we will issue a full product refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of dreamtitfirst.com.au. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dreamtitfirst.com.au.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
